Role Overview
- Participate in a structured on-the-job training program, rotating through key plant functions to build foundational skills in manufacturing and recycling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate across HSE, Maintenance, Production, Inventory, and QC departments.
- Assist in daily tasks, shadow experienced staff, and complete assigned mini-projects.
- Document learning outcomes and propose process improvements.
- Attend technical, safety, and soft-skills training sessions.
SMART KPIs
- Rotation Completion: Complete 100% of assigned rotations within the 12-month program.
- Project Deliverables: Successfully deliver ≥3 mini-projects with mentor approval.
- Training Attendance: Attend 100% of scheduled training sessions.
- Feedback Scores: Achieve ≥4/5 average in mentor performance evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience
- NYSC discharge certificate or fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to take on responsibility.
