Job Summary
This position involves leading and coordinating sales and marketing activities, promotions, events, and training programs to optimize the performance of the company’s distributor network. The role supports business growth by fostering strong engagement between the company and its sales channels.
Responsibilities
Events Management:
- Oversee and facilitate all company training, incentive programs, and events across Nigeria
- Organize physical and virtual training programs and tours, including Leadership Camps and Anniversary events
- Develop new event concepts tailored to market needs
- Ensure high-quality event execution, including content and speaker management
Promotions:
- Design and execute sales promotions informed by performance data
- Boost underperforming products through targeted promotional strategies
- Collaborate with IT to develop content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Communicate and monitor promotional campaigns
- Propose new promotions when current ones underperform and secure necessary approvals
Sales Metrics & Reporting:
- Analyze sales and distributor performance to support management decisions
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets annually
- Distribute performance reports and track progress toward monthly sales targets
General Sales Management:
- Coordinate local and regional sales campaigns and activities
- Manage budgets and approve expenditures
- Lead and supervise the sales team’s performance
- Identify and explore new markets and sales opportunities
- Implement territory-specific sales strategies
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure sales targets are achieved
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the MLM or direct sales industry
- Previous experience in a health or pharmaceutical company
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and implementing successful marketing strategies
