Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Digital for Inclusion (DFI) project in select communities, schools, and hubs. This includes coordinating trainings, managing logistics, tracking learning outcomes, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the day-to-day implementation of digital learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement DFI project components across targeted locations
  • Coordinate training and upskilling of facilitators and volunteers
  • Organize digital literacy sessions, tech bootcamps, hackathons, and demo days
  • Track timelines and ensure project milestones are met
  • Build partnerships with tech firms, sponsors, and community stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate learner performance through analytics and tools
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues with technical teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Support M&E reporting with outcome-based impact metrics
  • Supervise project facilitators and interns
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Project Manager

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Education Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital education, tech programs, or youth-focused projects
  • Familiarity with digital literacy, STEM, AI, and emerging tech
  • Strong background in youth education or underserved communities
  • Experience using Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar project management tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Technical skills in coding, AI, robotics, or data science
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior volunteer experience with Slum2School (min. 2 years) is a strong plus
