Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing high-level administrative support.
- This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO’s workflow is efficient.
- Conduct research and compile relevant information for meetings and projects.
- Oversee office management duties to ensure a smooth work environment.
- Maintain records and files in an organized and accessible manner.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the CEO effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the skincare, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.
- Work Environment:
- Hybrid or office-based work setting, depending on business needs.
- Occasional travel may be required.
