Role Overview
- Provide on-site medical support, health surveillance, and emergency response services for plant employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer first aid and emergency care; coordinate medical evacuations.
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical screenings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
- Facilitate health promotion and wellness programs.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers for referrals.
SMART KPIs
- Response Time: Achieve average emergency response time ≤5 minutes.
- Screening Compliance: 100% of scheduled screenings completed on time.
- Record Accuracy: Maintain ≥98% accuracy in medical records.
- Wellness Participation: ≥80% employee participation in health programs annually.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse with COREN accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years’ nursing experience, including 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills & Competencies:
