Role Overview

  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operations activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance via CMMS.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory; set reorder points and min/max levels.
  • Process work orders; liaise with external service providers.
  • Monitor equipment uptime and MTBF; analyze failure data for improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years’ MRO experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • CMMS/SAP PM module proficiency.
  • Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.

SMART KPIs:

  • Equipment Uptime: ≥98% overall equipment uptime.
  • MTTR (Mean Time to Repair): Reduce MTTR by 15% within 12 months.
  • Preventive Maintenance Compliance: 100% scheduled PMs completed on time.
  • Spare Parts Availability: ≥95% first-time availability for critical spares.
