Role Overview
- Support the design and execution of internal control tests to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform control self‑assessments and walkthroughs.
- Document process flows, risk-control matrices, and narratives.
- Test key controls and report exceptions.
- Track remediation plans and follow up on audit recommendations.
SMART KPIs
- Test Coverage: Achieve 100% testing of high‑risk controls quarterly.
- Issue Closure: Close ≥90% of control deficiencies within agreed timelines.
- Report Turnaround: Deliver audit reports within 10 business days of fieldwork.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years’ internal audit/control experience, including 2 in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of COSO or ISO 31000 frameworks.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
