Role Overview
- Administer end-to-end warehouse operations in the inventory section, supervising storekeepers and ensuring stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, and issuing materials.
- Supervise storekeepers during day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Update ERP records and maintain inventory logs.
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2 years’ warehouse or inventory experience in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Proficient in ERP and warehouse management processes.
SMART KPIs:
- Stock Accuracy: Maintain ≥99% accuracy in warehouse transactions.
- Replenishment Lead Time: Ensure ≥90% of replenishments meet target lead times.
- Cycle Count Compliance: Complete 100% scheduled cycle counts monthly.
- Shift Supervision: Achieve zero unapproved deviations per shift.
