Role Overview

  • Support the HSE function by assisting in operational safety tasks, data collection, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily safety inspections and record observations.
  • Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
  • Collect and input HSE data into dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance logs.
  • Assist in organizing drills and training sessions.

SMART KPIs

  • Inspection Coverage: Conduct ≥95% of scheduled site inspections weekly.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain ≥98% accuracy in HSE data entries.
  • Response Time: Support initiation of corrective actions within 24 hours of incident.
  • Training Support: Assist in delivering ≥90% of planned HSE training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HSE support experience, including manufacturing exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic risk assessment and incident reporting skills.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
