Role Overview
- Support the HSE function by assisting in operational safety tasks, data collection, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections and record observations.
- Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
- Collect and input HSE data into dashboards and reports.
- Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance logs.
- Assist in organizing drills and training sessions.
SMART KPIs
- Inspection Coverage: Conduct ≥95% of scheduled site inspections weekly.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain ≥98% accuracy in HSE data entries.
- Response Time: Support initiation of corrective actions within 24 hours of incident.
- Training Support: Assist in delivering ≥90% of planned HSE training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ HSE support experience, including manufacturing exposure.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic risk assessment and incident reporting skills.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
