Job Description
- Making sure workspaces are clean and presentable.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize Procedures.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Run errands as required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
