Job Description
- The role requires a deep understanding of business operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Business development: creation of thought papers and proposals to showcase the firm’s expertise
- Expand the firm’s client base and increase the pipeline of potential projects.
- Spearhead discussions with clients to thoroughly understand business challenges, goals, and needs.
- Perform quantitative analysis, including data mining, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Conduct research to gather market data, business intelligence, and insight into market trends.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and research to support the recommended solutions.
- Consolidate research and analysis to present actionable recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- A Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
- A proven track record of successful project management and client engagement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
