- Ensure systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards.
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures (From Enquiry, service delivery and post-service feedback).
- Support therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.
- Receive and report customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programmed improvement.

- Responsible for reporting refilling and restocking of work supplies and relevant tool servicing and repairs.

- Manage WhatsApp line, social media page DMs and business line.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the client experience at all touchpoints, from booking to service completion.
- Oversee the therapists to ensure that they are providing high-quality service.
- Manage customer relationships and build loyalty.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract new clients and grow the business.
- Participate in business growth activities (events, exhibitions, market analysis etc.)
- Track marketing performance and return on investments, prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Make recommendations that can improve business services and profitability.
- Any task considered relevant for the growth and success of the business
