Role Overview
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to support uninterrupted plant operations, ensure accuracy, and minimize costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain perpetual inventory in ERP; conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventories.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO and batch‑tracking procedures for raw materials and spare parts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement for replenishment.
- Generate inventory KPI reports (turnover, accuracy, obsolescence).
- Collaborate with MRO Officer to optimize spare parts stocking strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 4+ years’ inventory management experience in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies:
- ERP/WMS proficiency (SAP preferred).
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills.
Smart KPIs:
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain ≥99% inventory record accuracy monthly.
- Stock Turnover: Achieve turnover ratio ≥8 times per year.
- Cycle Count Completion: 100% scheduled cycle counts completed on time each month.
- Obsolescence: Reduce obsolete stock value by 15% within 12 months.
