Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified Administrative officer to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for document management, Administrative Support, and administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Administrative services.
- Proven Secretarial experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Ensure secure storage and retrieval of confidential documents.
- Maintain up-to-date records of company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
- Contribute to the growth and development of our company
- Develop and implement effective electronic and manual document filing systems.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and staff.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Ensure timely communication of company announcements.

Salary:
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
