Role Overview

  • Manage front-office operations, guest services, and administrative support to ensure a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage switchboard, and coordinate mail/courier.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and travel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relations.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and general clerical tasks.
  • Uphold safety and security protocols at reception.

SMART KPIs

  • Visitor Satisfaction: Achieve ≥95% positive feedback score quarterly.
  • Mail Accuracy: Process 100% of mail and couriers within 1 business day.
  • Supply Availability: Maintain zero stock-out events for office supplies annually.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related.
  • 5 years’ admin/front-desk experience, including 2 in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Professional demeanor and customer service excellence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
