Role Summary
The role will provide leadership and direction for the company across its business verticals to drive growth, profitability and sustainability.
This role will also oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, industry best practices, and governance requirements.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision, goals, and objectives in line with the Security’s strategic plans
- Institute an effective operating structure to support the achievement of strategic objectives and ensure alignment with regulatory provisions
- Develop and implement business-ready solutions to support the overall mandate of the business – Fort – Knox Guards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation; lead employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Provide direction in the design and implementation of an effective framework to build effective relationships and drive stakeholder engagement
Required Experience and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree / MBA in any discipline
- Sound understanding of the securities business
- A dynamic and result-driven individual with a track record of success in the securities/Guard business
- Superior strategic thinking/visioning abilities as well as strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of credibility, ethical standards, and integrity
- Relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience in the Security/Guard Industry and 5 years relevant experience in a senior management role
