Job Summary
As our Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in managing, growing, and engaging our online communities across multiple platforms.
This role requires a blend of creative content development, strategic planning, and data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute content calendars for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Grow and manage audience engagement, responding promptly to comments, messages, and interactions
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging
- Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance
- Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, carousels, stories) tailored to each platform
- Use editing tools to enhance photos, graphics, and short-form videos
- Monitor trends, insights, and best practices to optimize social performance
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a pulse on digital trends
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social campaigns and social media analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
