Job Description
Amy Consulting is seeking an experienced and result-driven Estate Surveyor to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, real estate advisory, property management, and agency services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate valuation of properties for sales, rental, insurance, and mortgage purposes
- Handle property sales, leasing, and letting transactions
- Prepare detailed property and valuation reports
- Keep up to date with market trends, property laws, and regulatory changes
- Provide professional advice on property development and investment opportunities
- Manage client portfolios and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Must reside within or close proximity to Ikeja
- Must be available to resume within one month
- Must be a registered member of NIESV or working towards registration
- Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience in estate surveying
Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦400,000 monthly (Very competitive)
