Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos (Adeniyi Jones & Ilupeju)
Job Duties
- Attend to customers loan request
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
- Keep updated records
- Answer questions and address complaints from Customers
Job Requirements and Skills
- Qualification - Minimum of OND with certificate.
- AGE - Between 22 and 28 years.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
