Job Description
- As our Network Expansion and Development Officer, you'll spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our network expansion initiatives.
- This pivotal role demands a blend of partnership expertise and stellar project management skills.
- You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities, establish robust partnerships, and oversee the seamless implementation of expansion projects.
Responsiblities
Strategic Planning:
- Craft a Winning Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive network expansion strategy that aligns with our company's ambitious growth targets.
- Discover New Horizons: Conduct market research to pinpoint potential expansion areas, uncover new markets, and scout partnership opportunities.
- Set the Course: Work with senior management to define clear expansion goals, set priorities, and allocate resources efficiently.
Partnership Development:
- Build Lasting Alliances: Identify and engage potential partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to broaden our network.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to create win-win partnerships.
- Seal the Deal: Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of objectives and paving the way for successful collaborations.
- Support and Grow: Provide ongoing support to partners, facilitating their success and driving mutual growth.
Project Management:
- Lead the Charge: Lead cross-functional teams to execute network expansion projects from start to finish.
- Plan and Execute: Develop project plans, set timelines and budgets, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work seamlessly with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and Mitigate: Keep a close eye on project progress, address risks, and implement strategies to ensure success.
Relationship Management:
- Stay Connected: Maintain regular communication with partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Address partner inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate partnership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Showcase Success: Prepare regular reports and presentations on network expansion activities for senior management.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key metrics and KPIs to track performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Building, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and oversee expansion projects.
- Experience in building and managing networks or partnerships within the technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
