Tips to Successfully Land This Role

First, tailor your CV to highlight hands-on experience with digital marketing in real estate or similar industries. If you’ve managed campaigns that generated actual sales or quality leads, state the results with numbers. Recruiters want proof you can turn marketing spend into measurable outcomes.

Second, showcase your content creation skills. Include links to posts, campaigns, or ads you’ve managed that performed well. Mention the tools you’ve used, whether it’s Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, or any email marketing software, so they can see you’re not starting from scratch.

Third, show your understanding of real estate marketing. This sector requires more than generic posts; it’s about connecting with property buyers and investors through strategic messaging and visuals. If you’ve ever run property listing campaigns, virtual tours, or neighborhood spotlight features, make that clear.

Lastly, use your application to reflect both your creativity and your analytical side. Digital marketing isn’t just about posting; it’s about tracking performance, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies for better results. Make sure your CV proves you can do both. And when applying, avoid sending the same generic portfolio; select examples that align with real estate marketing goals.
